Charlie’s Hot Buns, a beloved family-owned bakery in the picturesque Sapphire, NC, is known for its mouthwatering hot buns and charming atmosphere. Founded by Charlie Hudson, a seasoned culinary expert, the bakery attracts visitors from near and far. However, despite its popularity, Charlie’s Hot Buns lacked high-quality promotional media to showcase its unique offerings and inviting ambiance.

I created a brand trailer and a photo gallery that captured the bakery’s charm and Charlie’s expertise, boosting his promotional efforts and drawing more customers.

To bring Charlie’s Hot Buns to life through visuals, I fully immersed myself in the bakery’s world. Over several days, I documented the bakery’s daily operations, capturing the genuine charm and character of both the bakery and its owners. By taking an unposed approach, I emphasized the authentic atmosphere, allowing Charlie and Sally to shine in their natural element. The experience was further enhanced by tasting the delicious baked goods, which provided extra creative inspiration for the shoot.
